Orders typically are sent out in 3-4 weeks. If there isn't a high volume of orders, they will be sent out sooner. Since shirts are made to order, processing times will vary, updated times can be found on our bios, or of you email us. please be patient as we fulfill the orders!
Unfortunately, we won't be able to offer returns or exchanges. Since we make and order stock as needed, so please be sure of this commitment before making your order! All size charts are available on each listing of shirts, please make sure to read these clearly. If you're unsure if you can wait for your order, you also have the option to purchase when we have a lower processing time, or you can email us and we might be able to accommodate to deadlines on a need be basis or update shipping addresses!
shipping things always comes with the small chance of damaged packages as I have no control over how the package is handled while it travels to you! If your package is missing, please check your local USPS or ask your neighbors/apartment complex.If there is an issue with your shirt, such as wrong shirt, misprint, or any other issues, a refund of 75% of the cost of the shirt will be refunded. I do not currently accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances since everything is made to order, and we do not gave the space for it. If there is still an issue, or your issue is something else, email me your order number and we can accommodate as best as we can!
At checkout, customers are required to confirm their shipping address by checking a box that states they have verified all information is correct. This is to ensure packages are sent to the intended location.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer, the following will apply:

Customers will be responsible for covering a new shipping fee to have their order reshipped.

If you do not wish to repay the shipping cost, the order will be refunded minus the original shipping fee once the item is returned to us.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout. By placing an order and checking the box at checkout, you are agreeing to these terms.
